These are Early Access terms for the current Orqara website and invite-only account service. Production Arc software, subscriptions, and managed services will have their own final terms before they are made generally available.
Current scope
The current website provides product information and documentation for work that is still under development. Invite-only Orqara accounts are now available for Early Access identity and session management, but the site does not currently sell an Arc licence or provide a paid managed service.
No public software licence yet
References to Arc features or future availability do not themselves grant a software licence. Public licence terms will accompany the first production distribution.
Product information
Features, provider integrations, availability, packaging, and pricing may change before launch. Status labels such as working today, in development, and coming soon are intended to distinguish current capability from planned capability.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Orqara and Arc names, site design, written material, software, documentation, graphics, and product materials are owned by their respective rights holders. Publication on this website does not place them in the public domain.
Availability and reliance
The pre-launch site is provided on an as-available basis and may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn while the product is being developed. Do not rely on pre-launch material as a promise that a feature, price, release date, or provider integration will remain unchanged.

Before public downloads, billing, or broader Orqara Cloud services are enabled, the relevant production terms will identify the contracting entity, licence or subscription conditions, support terms, liability provisions, and any other terms required for the service being offered.
